      1. Penetrate screw: It is generally made of 12.9 alloy structural steel. Penetrate screw is an important part to fix the upper, middle and lower cylinder of the breaker. If the penetrate screw is loose or broken, it will cause piston and cylinder to be hit out of concentricity, and cylinder scraping. The penetrate screw is made of high-performance alloy structural steel, with better elongation and yield strength that carbon steel can not reach. Even in a high-strength working environment, it can still maintain high toughness and strength.

      2. Splint screw: It is generally made of 10.9 alloy structural steel. Splint screw is an important part to fix the frame and the core of breaker. If not tightened in time after loosening, the aperture and inner linng of the frame will abrase due to great stress. This kind of wear and tear will become more and more serious and finally the frame will be scrapped.

      3. Accumulator screw: As this place is special, it is generally made of materials with high temperature resistance and toughness, its strength requirement is also relatively high (all are 12.9 screws). Although the screw at the base of the accumulator is relatively small, the operation is very large. Because the weight of an accumulator is 30-40kg, and the vibration generated during operation is even greater than this power, but the fastening screws are only 4 pcs.
