AXB Trouble Guide of Gas Leakage

If AXB breaker does not work or blow frequency and blow power get worse, check the arranging method of gas leakage, and then inspect according to the following order.

Trouble 1: Gas leakage from the top of charging valve

Cause: Defective o-ring in charging valve                  Remedy: Repace the o-ring  

           Defective or damaged in charging valve         Remedy: Repair or replace it

Charging valve:

Trouble 2: Gas leakage between charging valve and back head

Cause: Defective o-ring in charging valve                  Remedy: Repace 

            Charging valve loose in back head                 Remedy: Re-tighten

Trouble 3: Gas leakage between cylinder and back head

 Cause: Defective o-ring in back head                       Remedy: Repace

Trouble 4: Gas leakage from drain plug hole        

 Cause: Defective gad seal in seal retainer             Remedy: Repace

              Defective step seal in seal retainer             Remedy: Repace

              Seizing of piston and seal retainer              Remedy: Repair or replace seal retainer and piston
