AXB Hydraulic Breaker-Dust Prevention in Operation

It is well known that how to prevent dust when the hydraulic breaker is not working. But do you know how to prevent dust during the operation? If we do better in dust prevention, more time we can use the hydraulic breaker. 

1. Barycenter dedusting method: The way is to put the dust gas into a large volume of gravity separator, then reducing the gas flow, to make particles sedimentation and gas separation because of gravity. 

2. Centrifugal dedusting method: The principle is same as washing machine. In the case of high-speed rotation, cyclone dust collector is used to capture the dust particles.

3. Spray dedusting: Put into the gas from the bottom, and in the top water spray into fog, then to be washed in reverse direction. In this way, the effect is more obvious.
